Two night weekend stay. Interior hallways run down, but room was clean with good cooling. The bathroom was very clean and modernized with a pressure flushing toilet and a huge walk -in shower with excellent water pressure and included a hand-held shower head as well as an overhead. I would stay again if in the area.

This hotel actually exceeded my expectations. I needed to catch a very early flight from the Richmond international airport. The shuttle driver was so friendly and very kind. I was able to park my vehicle in the lot for just five dollars a day while I’m out of town. I enjoyed the free coffee and juice throughout the evening And was able to have a bite to eat for breakfast before I caught the shuttle. 

Had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem for several days after a lay away flight. Pleased as can be with my stay. Staff was outstanding. I lost my reservation info but they helped me without a problem. The facility itself is quite clean and perfect for all. There’s a working gym in the hotel and I was able to get caught up on work using their easily accessible computer room. Couldn’t possibly say a negative thing. I’d post 10 stars if I could. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the past. I was highly impressed with the evening staff. The young man working the front desk was extremely knowledgeable of the area and gave clear and concise directions to another guest of where to find a nice place to eat. He was professional, and courteous during the entire check in process. He thoroughly explained the entire stay (from elevator and room location to breakfast hours and check out process) clearly. The next morning I meet another employee by the name of Suzette who was just as professional as the young man the evening before. The Housekeeping staff were also friendly and professional as well.

I flew in and got a room because my BF had classes at Fort-Gregg Adam’s for a promotion he was supposed to be released at 10:30 so i’d be gone by check out time. they changed their plans and he was released until 3:15pm I can’t remember her name but she works the morning/evening shift until 11pm she was amazing and helped ease my stress i was stranded for 4 hours she gave me a noon check out and then i went and ate and did some exploring around the town while she locked my luggage up and kept it safe for me so i didn’t have to care around for 4 hours!!

Quiero recomendar ampliamente este hotel. Estuve junto a mi familia por 5 dias el pasado mes de julio con la intencion de trasladarnos hacia los parques tematicos del area bush gardens y kings dominion. En todo satisfecho. Ubicacion, limpieza, precio, lavado de ropa etc. Una mencion especial para las anfitrionas Tia (front desk)y Parnella (breakfast). Ellas en todo momento procuran ayudar y brindan un servicio excepcional a los huespedes, felicidades al hotel por contar con ellas.
Sin duda me volvere a hospedar aqui en mi proxima visita a Virginia!

Housekeeping does an excellent job!The hotel has a bit of age to it but it?s very clean inside. Even the corners of the carpet and around the beds and closets are clean! I have stayed here for several years and never disappointed.
