"I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the past. I was highly impressed with the evening staff. The young man working the front desk was extremely knowledgeable of the area and gave clear and concise directions to another guest of where to find a nice place to eat. He was professional, and courteous during the entire check in process. He thoroughly explained the entire stay (from elevator and room location to breakfast hours and check out process) clearly. The next morning I meet another employee by the name of Suzette who was just as professional as the young man the evening before. The Housekeeping staff were also friendly and professional as well. I must say that in all of my travels this hotel has the right staff members in the right positions. Which created an obvious continuity that is very apparent. KUDOS!"

"Room was clean and quiet. The young woman who checked me in was competent and very personable. Made a great first impression for my stay. In the morning, the young man who checked me out also drove me to the airport. He had very good customer service skills. I was very surprised to find out during the ride how little time he had been in the hospitality field. This hotel has a winning 1-2 punch as far as I'm concerned."

"This hotel is conveniently located across from the Richmond International Airport, but you'd never know it. We heard no airport noise day/night. Needed to return a rental car the night before flying out. They have an airport shuttle service which was great! Got us back to the hotel after the car rental return and to the airport in the morning on time. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Hotel seems to be a little
bit of an older property, but everything was very clean including our room. Bed was comfortable. Typical self-serve breakfast. Gas stations and fast food/restaurants are close as well."

"I flew in and got a room because my BF had classes at Fort-Gregg Adam’s for a promotion he was supposed to be released at 10:30 so i’d be gone by check out time. they changed their plans and he was released until 3:15pm I can’t remember her name but she works the morning/evening shift until 11pm she was amazing and helped ease my stress i was stranded for 4 hours she gave me a noon check out and then i went and ate and did some exploring around the town while she locked my luggage up and kept it safe for me so i didn’t have to care around for 4 hours!"
